As a breast cancer survivor, I’m so happy to receive my knitted knocker. I’m a 5 yr survivor. I would recommend to any woman who have gone through cancer.

I received my first set in 2022 after a double mastectomy. Our family has had 10 family members and all they had before were the heavy prosthetic. These are so light and comfortable fit in your bra or sports bras with removable pads. Give you the confidence to go out and feel wonderful. Even got a pair for my swim suit can’t say enough about how they make you feel. I found out thru my surgeon he highly recommended.

I have received my Knitted Knockers & am so happy to have them! Thank you so much! As for the smile on my face, it has been huge & there have been many smiles by my friends & family, thanks to my “knu knitted knockers”! First day, I showed them to my daughter & my 7 yr. old granddaughter tried them on…..many laughs…..”they look so real”…..watching my granddaughter turn in front of the mirror, with her various giggles from various angles, was priceless! Yesterday was my first day to wear them & I was riding with a group of friends to a meeting. Of course, I had to give my friends instructions to tell me if I go “wampyjawed”, which led to their handling & loving them with laughter & ideas.
Last night, I tried to leave a testimony of the above & could not find where to submit it. Today, I tried again and all the right buttons were in all the right places for me to submit. God had plans for 3 more of my friends to have laughs today, so I’m going to share it with you. I wore my knockers to church today. Before the service began, I went to one of my older friends that had a dbl mastectomy at least 15 yrs. ago. I was so happy to tell her about my “knockers” & since there weren’t many gathered for church service, I bent down & took out my left one to show her & the 3 other ladies that sit around her. Of course, I didn’t have a good hold on my sweet little knocker & as it was about to hit the floor I reached to catch it….it bounced off my hand on to the pew in front of me! We all got the giggles & the friend in the front pew said, “I needed this right now.” I told her, “I know for a fact that God gave it to you” & explained the difficulty I had trying to submit my testimony….He had one more happy experience in store for that knocker of mine.

You have brought so much happiness & love to those that I love. I am so very thankful for you. The message in the brochure that accompanied my knockers stated that they had passed through caring hands. Well, I have decided that ONLY caring, loving, happy hands can touch my “knockers”.

Thank you, again!

Thank you so much for my lovely Knitted Knockers! They were waiting for me when I returned to the US, and I very much look forward to using them.

By personal choice, and even though I have the heavy silicone protheses, I have gone for over a year with a flat chest – because I’ve always wanted to show that life beyond breasts was very doable (as was modeled to me by my mother before my dmx), and because of their weight while traveling. It definitely is doable, and there are many upsides – post-double mastectomy, but I’m tired of being depressed by a weight gain – and the challenge of trying to look good in my clothing while looking so unbalanced. Until I can manage to get my increase in weight down, I am looking forward to finding a proportional balance again with my lighter-weight Knitted Knockers, in the MidWest heat and humidity.

Many, many thanks to all the hands involved in the creation of my lovely Knockers with the little white hearts knitted in. Hugs and blessings to you all.

I can’t thank you enough for what you do for people like me. I hope you realise how much confidence you have given me so I can now finally go swimming at long last and feel “normal”. Thank you Viv and Gillian for taking your time to knit my knockers for me. You are worth your weight in gold and so much more! X

I received my beautifully made aqua knocker with a message from Angela saying “enjoy your swimming’. It was such a joy to receive and I have felt such comfort from it. It is so much nicer than anything else I have managed to get hold of. I am going to order the non swimming type now.
Thank you so much everyone at this wonderful charity. I will definitely make a donation.

My mom loves her Knitted Knockers! She had a bilateral mastectomy a couple of months ago, and at first, she tried the regular prostheses, but they were heavy. She couldn’t use them with all her bras as they would fall out as the day went on, and she would start sweating from her chest. She tried the Knitted Knockers and loves them; that’s all she wears now. Thank you so much for existing; the Knockers make my mother feel comfortable in her clothes.

My wife has worn breast prostheses for 18 years following a double mastectomy. As many can attest, they are heavy, make her sweat, and are just generally uncomfortable. We heard about Knitted Knockers from a friend of our daughter. I ordered her a pair and my wife loves them. They are much lighter, look natural and can be worn with a standard bra. Thank you so so much. Today, I am ordering a second pair and donating to your organization. God bless you and all your volunteers.

I had a double mastectomy 6 years ago and I picked up a set of knitted knockers from a basket in my doctor’s office. The only size they had was double DD and I wanted to be a C, so I pulled some of the stuffing out and it worked fine. Like many of you, I have a heavy prosthetic that I wear occasionally, but I prefer my knitted knockers! Today, I finally ordered a new pair in a size C! I happily made a donation to pay for them. Cheers!

It’s been several years now that I discovered this wonderful group that knits/crochets knitted knockers. I was fitted for regular prothesis after my bilateral mastectomy but only wore them once. They were very heavy and never stayed in place. The knitted knockers are so lightweight, and look very natural. They also come in different sizes. Thank you again to all the ladies who volunteer their time to make all of us feel comfortable and looking great in our clothes again.
