I wear my first pair of knockers all the time…comfortable, soft, natural, lightweight. I don’t have to wear only loose tops…I now can wear fitted t shirts. I go to yoga, church….everywhere and they stay in place. Not to hot either for South Florida. And it is so much fun to show someone a knitted knocker….at first there is a stunned look….and then a wide smile and a chuckle. I knit, I am inspired to follow your video and make a pair…..then I could start a group in Jupiter Florida.
I had request (1) knocker a month or so ago. I love it. I am requesting another pair so that I can change them out for laundering. I have had mastectomy for 5 years, and love the kk so must better than a silicone falsie! I am 42 years old, and have been struggling with the appearance of clothing since my right side mastectomy. My kk fits so well, I have begun wearing clothing that I like now, not always hiding my chest!
I just have to say that these pretty little knockers have changed my life. I know how dramatic that sounds, but I haven’t been able to work since my diagnosis. The cheapest bra with prosthetics costs almost $500.00 and with all the added expenses of the last year, something like that wasn’t even a remote possibility. Two of our children got married since my bilateral mastectomy, and I actually wore a padded bra with rolled up socks inside so the cups wouldn’t collapse. I’m sorry I didn’t find you then, but so very grateful that I found you now. I hope you know how much these lovely knockers mean to women like me. Hugging my family never felt so good.
I received a pair of the knitted knockers pastel C and am absolutely over the moon about them. They are so lite, so comfortable, and so well formed that I often times forget I am wearing them. I’m not always having to double check to make sure they are balanced out and even. I slip them into a jockey bra that conveniently has a pocket that holds them perfectly! I’m not having my reconstruction until next year sometime and would love to receive one more pair. Yes, pair, it was bilateral mastectomy. It was kind of you to insert the info about the fill too. I obtained some at the craft store and can change if needed. I never tried to obtain prosthesis as I heard to many negatives about them. But I have certainly sung the praises of all the wonderful volunteers who make these, bless you all.

I am the happiest I have ever been since my Mastectomy because I have been given this wonderful gift of soft, pillows of clouds they call knockers. I have suffered extreme pain caused by nerve damage and cannot wear the traditional prosthesis so now I can fit these soft pillows into a normal Bra and boy!!!! Do I feel GREAT. Thank you all for this generous gift.

Wow, this jaded 7 year survivor is thrilled! My “kk’s” are so light, cool, & comfortable. My rarely worn silicone prostheses will rest in their boxes even more. Thank you so much! I am passing on a link to a local prayer shawl knitting group with encouragement they make some!

I received my breast Prosthesis on today and wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest appreciation to you and all of the beloved volunteers; you are all truly earth Angels. I love the beautiful comfort, color and pleasing soft feel of the knitted knockers; so refreshing compared to other hard, heavy, uncomfortable prosthesis. I would like to have two (2) more Prosthesis allowing me the ability to wash and change out. Would you please inform of the cost or I am very willing to make a contribution for supplies.
