Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I think of the person lovingly knitting my “knocker” and am so very, very grateful. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2002 at 46 years old. After my lumpectomy, I was fitted for a prosthetic and wore it for about 6 months. Because of the weight, I switched to a sports bra until 2015, when I again tried a prosthetic. My Mom saw an article about Knitted Knockers and told me about it. I received it two days ago. I love that you can alter the filling – my lumpectomy removed about 2/3 of my lower breast and I always had to wear a full prosthesis. The knocker is sooooo light, and I could shape it to form to my body. God Bless each and every one of you who has seen this need…. I finally feel comfort. Thank you.

I got mine within a week and put it on the same day, I have been using it ever since. I love it! It is a world of difference, just wish I had known about them right after my operation! I would like to thank all those that do this work!
I was so surprised to receive my knocker within a few days of ordering. I saw an article in dear abbey. It was really soft and comfortable once I removed much of the stuffing. I’m in process of filling an expander which should take another 5 weeks before my permanent implant is in place. How wonderful it is that I can make it fit every week. One of the biggest fears I had about my bilateral mastectomy was how I would ever look normal again. I was a DD, and dreaded the idea of two prostheses that would be realistic yet comfortable. Thank you, thank you, thank you… You have changed my life forever with the fabulous “knitted knocker.” A wonderful friend told me about the “knitted knocker” website. I have been wear my “knitted knocker” for about a month and I can’t say enough good… no more heavy uncomfortable prosthetics for me.
