This is a list of registered knitters/groups knitting or crocheting knockers that have indicated they welcome help from local volunteers. Groups listed may or may not be involved in direct distribution of knockers. Some have agreed to be a local collection point for the knockers you make and others meet together on a regular basis. Each group is independent in the way they work. You may be asked to register with us before helping. When providing knockers locally please include your contact information and the name of the approved yarn used.

Knitted Knockers of Northeast Wisconsin (formerly of Fox Cities) has grown and has become a State Provider for Knitted Knockers.org. We have connected with several knitting groups in the area that supply knockers, cancer treatment centers for distribution, and a couple yarn stores that will accept knocker donations for us. If you are interested in helping out by knitting or crocheting knockers, or know someone who might like a pair of knockers, or would like to provide knockers to your patients, please contact us. Our desire is to get Knitted Knockers out to everyone that can use them and we cannot do it without your help!

I am fortunate to have a small but mighty group of knitters who keep me in constant supply of knitted knockers. Together we provide knockers for the cancer centers at both Gundersen and Mayo health systems in La Crosse, WI, as well as Vernon Memorial Hospital in Viroqua, WI. I am always happy to take on new knitters.
