A Heartfelt Thank You! ❤️

Thank you so very much! I just received my Knit Knockers, and what a beautiful, unexpected surprise they were! I had actually forgotten that I ordered them, so discovering the package in my mailbox brought such a smile to my face.

What touched my heart most was the love and thoughtfulness that came with them. From the beautiful packaging, lovingly tied with a ribbon, to the sweet note of care tucked inside, every detail made me feel truly special.

To the wonderful volunteers who generously give their time, talent, and love to create these beautiful gifts, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please know that what you do is so much more than knitting. You are bringing comfort, kindness, dignity, and joy to women you may never even meet.

I felt the love in every stitch, and I am deeply grateful. May each of you be blessed for the beautiful difference you make in the lives of others.

With heartfelt appreciation and gratitude! ❤️

I stumbled across your charity whilst searching online. Newly diagnosed with breast cancer, having a single mastectomy and feeling overwhelmed.

After completing an easy form online I later received handcrafted (by Lesley) two Knitted Knockers made with love, care and attention to detail. I wear both, including one for swimming almost daily. They are light, hold a good shape and I adore them. Thank you to Lesley and all xx

Hello I would like to say a big thank you to Knitted Knockers, you all have been supplying me with free prosthetics since 2017 when I had my double masectomy. I wear it with pride and if I don’t tell anyone I don’t have my breasts anymore no one will know because it fits very well in the bra that I got from Women’s Health Boutique and I am very happy to say you all have made me not miss my real breasts and I don’t think about it I wear it whenever I am going out and also I couldn’t wear the heavy prosthetics from the Women’s Health Boutique because they are very uncomfortable. I would like to say thank you all so much for what you do for us that have gone through this debilitating disease and since this is our month Breast Cancer Awareness Month I would like to ask you all to encourage any woman you know out there to go for their checkups and to take care of themselves as wives mothers sisters and daughters we sometimes neglect ourselves to care for others in our family circle but I am encouraging everyone to stop and think about what your family will do if you were gone. Please I am also sending prayers love and support to all those who are going through it please know that it is not a death sentence and there is life after breast cancer diagnosis and beyond and we are living longer now and living very well. We just have to continue taking care of ourselves. Thank you all so much and may God richly bless you all much love to you all.

Many thanks to Debs W. for my recently arrived knittedknocker. Loved the colour and the gift wrapping was such a nice surprise. Put a smile on my face🥰. I have tried many different prothesis without success. Either they irritated my scar tissue, gave me excruciating backache or wandered around to the bemusement of my companions.
Not knowing how to size now, I picked one cup slightly bigger than usual but found it so easy to adjust by removing the filling that I feel confident enough to order my old size.
A big THANK YOU to all your kind and generous knitters. What might seem a small gesture to you makes a significant impact on our lives.
Good deeds don’t go unrewarded.

I saw the information card, about your organization, in the dressing room when I was receiving ratiation treatment. I requested two knockers. When they arrived I felt like I was the recipient of something special, made with love, from a larger community of helpers. I am an elementary school teacher and it is difficult to admit to needing help but this gift of the knitted knockers made it ok to take help. Thank you. I chose not to have reconstructive surgery. I have one commercially made (silcone filled) “knocker” that cost me a lot (before I knew about your organization.) I still wear knitter knockers on a daily basis because they are more comfortable and lighter than the commercial one. Going on 3 years after surgery, and still teaching. THANK YOU!

I absolutely love my Knitted Knocker! It is so comfortable, lightweight, and incredibly easy to place in my bra. It feels much more natural and comfortable to wear than I expected.
I honestly wish I had known about Knitted Knockers sooner, before I spent $400 on a silicone prosthesis. This has been such a wonderful option for me, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something soft, comfortable, and easy to wear. I’m so grateful that something like this is available. ❤️

I received my Knitted Knockers today and it’s the nicest thing that has happened to me since I received a breast cancer diagnosis a month ago. I will be having a mastectomy on my right breast in a few days and having these here for future use has given me great comfort. I had looked at other options and they did not seem at all appealing to me. Luckily, I found your website listed in an article that I was reading while doing research for options to use with a bra. I was looking for something soft and fiber filled and these soft yarn, fiber filled ‘knockers’ was exactly what I had in mind. I want to thank all of you knitters who are doing this wonderful work and especially Karen, who sent along a lovely card along with the knockers and words of encouragement. I believe I too will learn to knit so I can return the favor to other women in need of these.

I had a single mastectomy ten months ago, and I’ve been experimenting with breast forms but nothing matched my droopy remaining breast. I requested a Knitted Knocker, removed about half the stuffing, and weighted the bottom with a mini silicone push-up pad. It works great! It’s close enough that I can go out in the world without thinking everyone is staring at me.

Thanks so much to the KK community of volunteers!

I have recently received a second pair of swimming knitted Knockers and a pair of dry knitted Knockers. Following a double mastectomy. This time I discovered that both lots were knitted by the same lady, Lesley, two years apart! She sent me such a beautiful card with my Knockers. They are literally life changing for me especially the Swimming Knockers which I use twice a week they are so light and just make such a difference they are so well made. A big thank you!
