Thank you so much for my KK’s, knitted by Sylvia in CA. I love them! The prostheses I wear (wore) weigh 12 oz each; my KK’s weight 2 oz each. That makes a tremendous difference, since my skin is very tight and there is a lot of scar tissue built up on the side where I had radiation. My KK’s are lightweight, fit nicely into the bras designed to hold prostheses, are quite comfortable and look good. Thank you again.

I received my KK ages ago but only just had the opportunity to wear it ……it was great to finally have both ‘breasts’ looking the same and my top fitted well for the first time in ages. I cannot thank Mandy and Knitted Knockers Uk enough, so thank you again.

Received my Knocker last week from Kay. Thank you, Kay, for such a wonderful personal touch, especially the little key ring. I have fitted it onto my handbag and will remember your kindness and the lovely little handmade card for ever.

Received my Aqua knocker order no A1607029 on Friday and went swimming on Wednesday with my grandchildren .
May I say a heartfelt THANK YOU to Jennifer for making my Aqua knocker a perfect fit which stayed put enabling me to enjoy this rare treat for the first time since my mastectomy .long may you carry on giving this same joy to others God bless you and all the other knocker knitters. thank you all

In honor of a friend who recently lost her battle with breast cancer, I have been knitting knockers, but had no home for them. Yesterday I gave my first one to a friend and spoke with her daughter who is the administrator of an extended care facility. She has a number of residents who have had mastectomies and, for numerous reasons are “lopsided.” She was very pleased with the idea that we will be able to improve their lives. I am sending her 4 pairs that were already done, but need to get busy because one lady needs an E, the one size I hadn’t had made yet. Incidentally, the mom is thrilled that, after 18 years (!!!) both her breasts looks the same size.

My knitted knockers have just arrived and I dashed upstairs to try them. Oh, the difference from the one I was using. Soft, non-slip and so light I don’t know I have it on. Thank you so much, and thank you Kay for the lovely note which you sent with it. I was very lucky – at 80 I had no chemotherapy nor radiotherapy, and was praised by the doctors for being so healthy! I just finished knitting a pair of Knockers for my much loved Sister. While I haven’t had a mastectomy, knitting this pair of Knockers has helped me realize that I can still knit and, I certainly wasn’t sure that I could still follow a
pattern and that my twisted arthritic fingers would allow the use of 4 dp needles.
I am so pleased that my Sister asked me to make this project, as it has encouraged me to continue a hobby that I love and wasn’t sure I could still do.

I received my order in about a week and I could not be happier. They are so comfy and look perfect under any kind of bra. The yarn is so soft it does not bother my scars at all. Who needs big heavy silicone prosthetics when you can wear these bundles of love??? Thank you so much for donating your time to make these wonderful breast forms for us!!!
