I have Pagents breast cancer so I had a partial mastectomy they just took my nipple and areole and margins I sink in on left side now where nipple should be but I took all the stuffing out of my free knitted knocker and it is still to big so I am using cotton balls. I love what you are doing and I think I will take mine to the Senior Citizen Place and see if they want to help. Is there any booklet or should I just show them your story on face book. I know they do quilting once a week so maybe they do this too. Again thanks for mine and I am blessed that it didn’t fit. Linda
Love my knitted knocker!!! Soft, feels good, looks really good in my clothes!! This is a wonderful program!! The cost of breast prostheses have gone crazy and I could not afford a new one, I have had my old prosthesis for 16 years and it was in terrible condition. These little gems do so much for a woman’s self confidence! Thank you so much and God bless you all!!
Thank you. Recently received my knitted knocker. Thanks for all you do.
I received my knitted knocker today, thank you so much to Pamela for doing it for me, so much lighter than the one I have carried for years, I am going to order an aqua one now , order no K1703401
I received my Knocker in the mail yesterday. Thank you to Tama M. in Georgia. Wonderful job!
It is FABULOUS! It is lightweight and I can wear it with my regular bra or my mastectomy bra. A weight “off my shoulders”. I wish I could knit and make more but I am not as talented as your knitters!
I just received a knitted knocker I ordered for my best friend, who just had her breast removed several weeks ago. She is going to love it for the comfort, softness, and all the love that was put into it. Thank you Sharon Torregrosa for your support and helping so many women. I just can’t thank you enough for all you do!!
Thank you. Just received today my knitted knocker and my swimming knitted knocker. Not tried either yet, but am delighted. Thank you |Julie xxx
Hi there! A dear friend knitted me a pair of knitted knockers as a gift to help me on the journey to recovery. I am a runner and this is perfect for fitting in my sports bra! Lightweight, easy to wash. I was so impressed that I downloaded the pattern muself and made two more!!! Thank you for the wonderful tutorial to walk me through making one and this passion for making us smile with a bit of softness and knitted love!
Got my knockers in 8 days. Thank you Ashley M in Maryland! I stopped wearing my silicone prosthesis as soon as I got the knitted knockers. I’ve used it for a week now when I go to my radiation (14/33) treatments and they are the most comfortable and lightest prosthesis. Will gladly make a donation and order thru smile.amazon.com to suppport your foundation.
THANK YOU! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!
